Cupcake Happy Birthday

Hi There!! HOpe you're day has been a great one! Life is good at the Smith household this evening. We are all busy working on different projects.
Anywho, This little diddy of a card is another one I totally cased from Nichole Heady's July PTI release. I used products I had on hand. Everything is a combination of CTMH and PTI.
