Be Mine

Hidyho crafty friends! Hope you are having a great Tuesday night! I am sitting here eating chocolate covered espresso beans!!! Yuuuummmmmy! I hope they dont keep me awake tonight.
Things are still aggravating but moving right along with the house buying situation. Getting all the inspections and what not. Man, buying a home takes FOR-EV-ER! Maybe that is why I havent done it in 11 years! LOL Anywho, on with the card. I totally cased this card from my favorite vintage guru Melissa Phillips. Man that girl is good. I made the chipboard heart from a Cricut Cart! whooo! I ran it thru the Cricut about 3 times. still had to cut a little bit with the scissors though, but it did well. Colored the heart by swiping the ink pad on it then covered in glitter.
The rest of the deets are below. I hope you enjoyed. Plan on having a GREAT Wednesday! Thanks for your visit. I love visitors!
Patterned Paper: no idea, got it already cut up from a blog candy win the little bit in the middle of the heart is CTMH Amore
Cardstock: PTI True Black and Vintage Cream
Stamps: PTI Heart Prints
Ribbon: Offray
Cricut Cart: Hannah Montana
Button: American Crafts
Lace: old left over stash
Ink: CTMH Cranberry
Glitter: SU

Ooooooooooooh...chocolate covered espresso beans??! yummmmy!!! Well, slowly but, surely with the house huh? I have no desire to buy a house again. So much easier to rent...LOL especially if you get tired of the neighbors..hehe Course', it DOES depend ALOT on the landlord. This card is like...wow....GEEE-OR-JUS!!! when your blog loaded and the card came in to view I said...WOW! I love the bottom of this card too. What neat texture! Thankyou for visiting me all the time julie and your great comments *big hugs* It makes me feel "peshul" as my niece would say..I only hope to reciprocate more b/c your work is just beautiful!

Julie, that is a HOT card!!! Sophisticated & stunning...love it! And while you may have cased it...it looks totally different than Melissa's. :>

Mmmmm...chocolate covered espresso beans......used to get those (for friends) back in the day. I didn't drink coffee back then (it was...oh my goodness.....about seventeen years ago!). I should try them again...bet I'd love them now! :>

I would love to invite you over to my sister blog The Play Date Cafe and have you play along with one of our challenges. I will be putting another design team call out for 'vintage' style soon!
