Grandbaby's Valentine Card

Hola Senoras' and Senoritas'
Hope you all are having a wonderful Saturday. Mine has been just great, the house was already clean except for a few loads of laundry (how does it accumulate so dang fast???). I got to meet my 5 very best girlfriends for lunch today. It was awesome how we all managed to have a Saturday free at the same time and on just a moments notice! Well, on to todays card I want to share. This Valentine card is for my precious grandbaby Logan. He is only 5 months old but I am sure he will love to look at the vibrant colors...so much so that he will try to eat it (he is trying to cut some teeth) teehee. I did not have any paper that had these colors in it (shock!!) I thought I had everything. So, what is a crafty girl to do other than make her own. I made the stripe paper with my Prismacolor Markers and the orange is Copic Ciao Marker making some imperfect lines. Then for the pattern I used the lined star from Reach for the Stars from CTMH and the solid star and heart from Around and About by PTI. For the sentiment I used PTI again Heart Prints I did have to mask off ( 's) from Valentine. That super cute UFO is CTMH Reach for the Stars. I used my Copic markers to color it in. I still need lots of practice with Copics but, I am having fun in the process. The red cardstock is PTI Pure Poppy the Orange is CTMH and the blue I got from my stash and I think it is Hobby Lobby. So anyway, I have rambled long enough. Got to start dinner. It is an early bed time tonight as we have another dance competition alllll day long tomorrow. Thanks for the visit!! I appreciate your time.
Cheers!
