Hello!!!!!Goodness, it has been a minute since I posted last. I hope you are well on this frosty Sunday Morning! Things are good in the Smith household. We are still waiting to hear about the short sale house but we found another house that we really liked. It too, needs some renovations but because of that it is a good deal. We are in the processes of going back and forth with negotiations. And I guess some good news with that is, our house is not even officially on the market and it may already be sold!! How crazy is that? I know its good to have a buyer but we really are not in a hurry! We are blessed, I know that much.
Anyway.....I got together with my girlfriends Friday night for our "Girls Christmas" and got to actually make some cards! First time in 3 weeks plus that I had made a card. It was soooo nice.

THis is so pretty. Love the vintage feel of this card!! Hopefully you will hear something on the house you want!!! That would be awesome since yours might already be sold. It would take alot of headache out of saleing yours!! Missed you all Friday night!!
