Baby Logan's Valentine Day Card

Happy Snowy Day!
Dang it is CRAZY out tonight. This snow storm is crazy slick. It is taking people hours to get home. I am sooooo glad I left early today! Anywho ... I wanted to share a card I made for grandbaby for Valentines Day. Well he is 2 years old so I guess he is not a baby anymore. I used the Nifty Fifties Cricut Cart... LOVE!!! The paper is old school BasicGrey, gosh I guess 4 years old? I printed out the sentiment on the computer. This is from my FAVORITE BOOK I read to my daughter "Guess How Much I Love You". I wanted to cry every time I read it to her. Those sweet little star gems are from Jenni Bowlin that I picked up and one of her sales at a near by Hotel she has once a year. Mommy's Babies

Good Sunday afternoon people!
Hope your day is going great so far. Mine is pretty terrific. The Titans are winning so this always makes for a good Sunday in our house. My Christmas gifts are ALMOST complete. I am ready!
We *should* find out about one of the houses we are looking at. So yes, life is good.
I have a friend at work that asked me at the last minute to make a scrapbook page for his girlfriend that he can give to her on Christmas. It needs to include something about mommy and babies and pink. This page will be about her two beloved puppies. I think it turned out pretty well. I used a layout as a guide from Scrapbook Trends Magazine which made the page come together "fairly" quickly. He will probably get a scrapbook frame to put this in then give it to her. AAWWWWW what a sweet boyfriend huh?!
This paper kit uses CTMH Amore. The bracket page is Jenni Bowlin that I used as the brown frame then traced and cut out the patterned paper from the CTMH kit. It was soooo much fun to get a little scrappy this weekend even though I dont get to keep the resulting product. I can always reproduce for myself right! The flourishes were created from the Cricut Carts Home Decor and Home Accents LOVE those two carts! Oh, and the letters were cut using Hannah Montana cart. Alright, back to some jewelry making. Beach Walk

Hola!
Got a scrap page to share with you today. While I was searching for my vehicle, I did not have much time to craft. This was a page I did shortly after we got back from Panama City Beach, FL
This is Grace and my mom and me and Grace, and me and mom walking on the beach. I was totally inspired by a layout in Scrapbook Trends Magazine. The patterned paper is Jenni Bowlin Studios, I sewed around the edge of the blue polka dot. I used some fabulous The Paper Studio flowers and nothing else than my Cricut for little leaves border that I cut out using PTI Hibiscus Burst, Tied some Hibicus Burst ribbon around some flowers. I also used the Cricut for the Lemon Tart Bracket Border. I used American Crafts Foam Stickers for the word walk. Then stamped the word beach with PTI Fresh Alphabet in CTMH Heavenly Blue ink. Thats it for now folks. We are getting ready to head over to the Wilson County Fairgrounds to turn in our entries for some contest. I am entering a scrapbook page and a card. Grace is entering a photograph and a necklace and a bracelet she made. I will let you know the outcome in a couple of weeks after the fair is over. THANKS FOR YOUR VISIT!! Enjoy your Saturday!

Hot Stuff

So while I am posting layouts of my baby girl, I will share this one too. I like the way it turned out. Grace is such a ham. She really doesn't have a choice. I have stuck a camera in her face since she was born. She LOVES posing for the camera. I'd say the camera loves her. She totally cracks me up. Makes me smile every single day! For this sassy little layout I used Jenni Bowlin label paper and polka dot paper. The pink patterned paper is CTMH Notebook. I LOVE that paper.
I have been hoarding it for a while and finally broke down and used it. Why do I hoard those yummy papers and embellishments. I buy them to USE them right? CTMH Notebook also came with some matching stickers. I added some CTMH Paper flowers a random button. The felt stickers that spell hot is American Crafts and stuff was stamped with CTMH Delightful Alphabet.
I am glad the house was picked up in the background in the pics. Do you ever notice that in pics?? So, thanks a million for visiting today. I hope you enjoyed. Have a great night!

Great Big Daddy

Happy Tuesday to you! Hope you are well. Today I wanted to share another scrapbook layout, again, I used the basic layout from Scrapbook trends mag. I love this little pic of baby Logan and his Great Big Daddy. He is my father-in-law and our kids call him Big Daddy. So now since he is a Great Grandfather he is lovingly donned Great Big Daddy. Cracks me up all the time 'cause my hubby is way bigger than big daddy. Anyway, I used some of that fine Jenni Bowlin label shaped cardstock. Layerd it on CTMH Outdoor Denim. The red polka dot paper is also Jenni Bowlin. The bar code is CTMH "Code it" and the bird is CTMH Bird Basic. The letters are CTMH Hodge Podge Alphabet. I punched out some stars with SU large and small star punch. Oh, and the ribbon is CTMH. Well, toot-a-loo for now. Big homework night tonight for Gracie. Thanks for coming to see me. Mr & Mrs

Remember me posting some pics of layouts from a wedding album I helped a friend with. Well, here is another one from thier wedding in Jamacia. The base page is SU Whisper White the bracketed paper and patterned paper is Jenni Bowlin. I added a little strip of CTMH Buttercup that I punched with Fiskars Threading Water punch (which I heart very much). Then added some pretty yellow paper flowers from The Paper Studio and adheared them with The Paper Studio white brads. I stamped Mr & Mrs from The Works Alphabet by CTMH. That is it, easy peasy page but I love it. I love the light colors and the simpleness of it. Okie Dokie, off to spend a Saturday night with the hubs. Thanks for coming to visit!!!!

Hi Crafty Friends!
Happy Wednesday. Today is my sister and my husbands birthdays (Happy bday guys!!) Today I wanted to share a Valentine's Day card I made with Jenni Bowlin patterned paper. I got to go to Jenni Bowlin's Open House last month and racked up and some sales! Wooohooo I love her products. I also used my supa fly Label One die. the lined paper is Creative Memories. I stamped I and U from CTMH The Works Alphabet and that cute heart is PTI Heart Prints I samped all of that in CTMH Crystal Blue ink. Then wrapped the die with Dots Dashes and Checks polka dot ribbon. Pretty easy peasy but I sure like it. Hope you do too. Hope I can play in the craft room some tomorrow but, I must do my chores FIRST! Then DD and I have dentist appointments Ugh! Thanks for using up some of your time over here!
