Bookmark Card

How is your Saturday? I have to say mine has been nice except for having to go to the grocery store and not crafting YET. I got to sleep late (8:00am) is that late? Is for me. I have been able to chill out for the most part. Just doing a little bit around the house at my leisure. Trying to stay warm. But that wont last long as I have to take Grace to her dance team Halloween Party at Pumpkin Hill which will en tale a hayride and bonfire. Sounds fun right?!?! Well, It is going to be 30 degrees tonight! YIKES. I dont like the cold very much. Hopefully I will be able to spend most of my time warming my bum by the fire!
So anywho, my blogging group, Designing D.I.V.A.S is in the mist of Secret Sister. Our first challenge is to make an un traditional card. I went with the bookmark card. I found the measurements on Splitcoast Stampers. I have not broken out the Lovely as a Tree stamp set in a while so I grabbed that and another oldie the Linen Background. The tree on the actual bookmark part is covered with the Sukura glitter gel pen. I LOVE that thing. I hope you can get an idea if its shimmer from the close up. Looks so good IRL. Okay, time to start getting ready, sure hope I get a chance to craft tomorrow since I didnt today! Thanks for your visit!
Cheers!

huh...I don't like the cold much either so I don't envy your entertainment this evening! However, I do envy your Secret Sister because this is gorgeous! ;o)

This is fabulous! Love it! I love my Sakura glitter pen, too. It is one of my new favorite tools.
